Michael M. Sieving, Esq.

Following law school, Tina lived in Texas before moving to California and being admitted to the California Bar in 2008. Tina's practice focuses primarily on motor vehicle franchise law and related litigation. It is centered around disputes which arise in the automotive industry. Tina's clients are typically new and used automobile, motorcycle, recreational vehicle, and marine dealers throughout the State of California.

Disputes often involve the proposed termination or modification of a franchise, the establishment or relocation of same line-make dealers in proximity to existing dealers, or warranty disputes between dealers and manufacturers.

Tina has also handled general commercial litigation in California state and federal courts, as well as arbitration. Her litigation practice has encompassed a variety of commercial disputes, including cases that involve unfair competition claims, breach of contract and business tort claims.

Following some time spent in Germany working in a supporting role as part of the banking and finance team of an international law firm, Tina is excited to be back in the United States practicing law in the automotive industry.
